We install customer-supplied equipment all the time and charge no penalty for it. What we will do is tell you before we fit it if the product is wrong for the job, because that conversation is cheaper at the front door than after the holes are drilled.
What We Supply and Install
Where we do supply the equipment, it is specified against your building rather than pulled off a shelf. Camera counts, access point placement and speaker positions all depend on construction, and Brevard has plenty of concrete block, two-storey layouts and metal buildings that break the assumptions a box comes with.

Starlink. Hardware plus mounting, weatherproofing and full network integration.
Commercial displays and projectors. Screens, video walls and projection for offices, restaurants and retail.

We are not going to pretend we beat internet pricing. What buying through us gets you is different from a lower sticker price:

I already bought my equipment. Will you still install it?
Yes, and we do it constantly. Bring us a Reolink camera kit, a mesh Wi-Fi system, a doorbell or a TV you picked up yourself and we will install and configure it properly. We will tell you honestly if the product is wrong for what you are trying to do, before we fit it rather than after. There is no penalty in our pricing for supplying your own gear.
Why buy the equipment through you rather than online?
Three reasons, and none of them is that we are cheaper than the internet. First, warranty: as a Sonos Authorized Dealer and UniFi Authorized Partner, product bought through us carries full manufacturer warranty support, and we handle the claim rather than leaving you on a support queue. Second, specification: we size and select the equipment against your actual building, which is where most self-purchased systems go wrong. Third, accountability: when supply and installation come from the same contractor, there is no argument about whether it is a product fault or an installation fault.
What brands do you supply and install?
Sonos for audio, where we are an Authorized Dealer with access to the professional and architectural range that retail stores do not carry. Ubiquiti UniFi for networking and cameras, where we are an Authorized Partner. Beyond that we regularly supply and install Reolink cameras, Ring, Nest and Eufy doorbells, TP-Link and Deco mesh systems, Starlink, and commercial displays and projectors from the major manufacturers. If you have a brand preference we will work with it where it is a sensible fit.
Are you a store I can walk into?
No, and it is worth being clear about that. We are an installation contractor that supplies equipment as part of the work, not a retail shop with a counter. If you want to buy a product off a shelf today, a big-box store will serve you faster. If you want the right product specified, supplied, installed and supported by one company, that is what we do.
Do you mark up the equipment?
Yes, like every contractor who supplies product. What you get for it is specification, warranty handling, and a single point of accountability if anything fails. We show equipment and labour separately on quotes so you can see exactly what you are paying for, and you are always free to supply your own and pay us for installation only.
Can you match a system to a building you have not seen?
Only roughly, and we will say so. Camera counts, access point numbers and speaker placement all depend on the structure, and concrete block, two-storey layouts and metal buildings all change the answer. We give ballpark guidance over the phone and a firm specification after a site visit, because a quote built on assumptions becomes a change order later.
