The Problem

Lucky Goat Coffee Co was opening a new location and needed audio, security cameras, digital menu boards, and a network. Managing separate vendors for each scope meant mismatched systems, multiple installation days, and no single point of accountability when something did not work.

What We Did

• Installed Sonos Era 100 Pro speakers throughout the café for whole-location audio controlled from a single app.
• Deployed a UniFi security camera system covering the interior, accessible remotely from the owner's phone.
• Mounted and configured digital menu boards above the counter on a content management system the owner updates themselves.
• Built the network infrastructure to support all systems on a single managed platform.

The Result

Lucky Goat opened with everything working. Audio, cameras, and menu boards all tie into the same network ecosystem with one point of contact for support. The owner controls content and monitors the café remotely from a single phone.
