Urban Prime Full AV & IT Buildout

The Problem

Urban Prime was opening a new venue and needed complete AV and IT infrastructure before day one. With multiple vendors involved, there was real risk of systems that didn't integrate, installation delays, and no clear ownership when something didn't work at opening.

What We Did

• Installed multiple large-format TVs throughout the indoor and outdoor areas, fully wired and built for Florida outdoor conditions where applicable.
• Programmed custom digital signage with menus, promotions, and branded graphics on a CMS the Urban Prime team manages themselves.
• Built a clean equipment rack with structured cabling and labeled runs throughout the venue.
• Configured the network for reliability under the simultaneous load of multiple displays, POS systems, staff devices, and operational connectivity.

The Result

Urban Prime opened with every system working. AV and IT were designed to work together because one contractor handled both scopes. No integration headaches, no finger-pointing between vendors, and a venue that was fully operational on day one.
