The Problem
Addison Village is a new Viera Builders community and the clubhouse needed AV that matched the quality of the development. The space was ready for residents but had no projection system and no sound, meaning movie nights, HOA meetings, and community events had no way to run.
What We Did
- Ceiling-mounted the projector at the correct throw distance for the room and aligned the image.
- Installed a motorized screen for clean, one-touch operation by community staff.
- Installed a complete sound system with speakers positioned for even audio coverage throughout the room.
- Configured all inputs for simple non-technical operation so community management can run any event without calling for support.
The Result
The Addison Village clubhouse can now host movie nights, HOA meetings, presentations, and community events with professional-quality audio and video. Community staff operates the full system from a single input panel with no AV expertise required.
